Saylor Beach House is the sun‑drenched, dockside escape from hospitality visionary Celeste Fierro and Grammy‑nominated pop icon Taylor Dayne, where Mediterranean coastal cooking and light, sea‑breezy cocktails meet a laid-back European beach club vibe.
Celeste, co-founder of STK and a pioneer of "vibe dining," brings her instinct for atmosphere, design, and high-energy hospitality, while Taylor serves as the music director, carefully curating Saylor's creative musical direction with decades of performance and artistic influence. The music reflects the natural rhythm of the day, from relaxed, sunlit afternoons to high-energy sunset moments, creating a seamless interplay between music, mood, and setting. The result is a waterfront destination where the playlist matters as much as the view, every sunset feels like a headliner moment, and the energy is always relaxed, social, and sun-kissed.
